Santosh Kumar Agarwal has been in the forefront of his family business by guiding the organisation with his rich experience spread over 35 years+ in trading of minied materials comprises of Domestic and Imported coal, Coke, Dolochar, Iron Ore, Iron Ore pellets, Iron scrap etc. HIS VISION HAS ALWAYS BEEN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. His customers are predominantly spread over Steel, Cement, Paper, Sponge Iron Industry.
As part of his vast experience Santosh as he is familiar with developed close rapport with customers / clients which was developed with sustained efforts in understanding customer requirements and meet the same for a win-win situation to both seller and buyer. In this direction and to ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliveries of quality supplies, he started transport business in the year 1983.
Mr. Tushar Agarwal, only son of Mr. Santosh Agarwal and in his early 30+ years, is all set to take the Organisation to scale new heights under the able leadership of his father.
Tushar a humble and shroud person, completed his basic academics from Jain International School, Bangalore and went on to complete short term courses from IIM (Indian Institute of Management), Bangalore. His academic exposure coupled with able guidance of his father has always been a learning experience and with his tech savy approach has helped him to establish as a niche trader to identify new opportunities, establish new markets etc. With his rational approach to the business the Organisation is steadily scaling new heights.
As a young entrepreneur with eagerness to learn and grow, Tushar has seamlessly stepped into the world of commerce, overseeing day-to-day operations with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
He manages trading of coal and sponge iron, Iron Ore etc to name a few from key locations such as Visakhapatnam, Chennai, Krishnapatanam, Mangalore Ports, WCL / SCCL Mines, Bellary and Odisha etc. His role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring that the supply chain runs smoothly, and meeting the demands of major industries like cement, steel, and power. In this direction, Tushar is ably supported by dedicated sales and logistic team.
His leadership style is characterized by a blend of traditional family values and contemporary practices. He values the insights and experience of his predecessors while being open to new ideas and methodologies.
